The sequences are recorded in an orderly fashion, from beginning to end and not as is usually done normally in other productions, sauteed or grouped according to technical needs. This is so because the main base of the series is that there is a script developed itself, but only have a rundown where you define what has to happen, as conducted and citations must be mentioned or refer to the story has coherence and continuity. We use this method because the fort is to be noted is improvisation. The actors never know what will happen, so, to capture their impressions and make them to progress into the skin of his character 100%, giving them the personal touch that everyone wants, like a game of role in vivo. The only information that has been made known to the interpreters, is the past, present and personalities of their characters so they know what they are and are looking for them, the rest is the choice of the same actors, their vocabulary and interpretation.

In this production, we needed only a single location, a former mental hospital closed 20 years ago in Sevilla, where the entire plot takes place in our history and is an abandoned hospital. But also, the video blogs of the lead actress, have been recorded in a room of a house. We also use a chromakey in a subsequent study for special effects, where the ghosts are other players who were selected by moving strangely. In our series, these ghosts are not like normal we’re used to seeing in other series or movies, but are based on scientific studies explained in “The Becquer’s Guide”. In consequence of the special effects, the whole crew during filming, is absolutely black dress, for if they need something to simulate that in post you can do without them. The program used for the production of effects is the Adobe After Effects Professional.

During filming, we have not skimped on scares. After the first grand entrance we had, came the first stories. We had an hour late for an attempted arson. The technical team ensured that within the asylum smelled something burning. Launched the “code red”, it became an evacuation of the building, but the male body of the team, got up the guts, sticks and flashlights in search of the lost fire. To the dismay and frustration of his manhood, found no such fire, but yes, they found a bucket full of various bottles of chemicals and filler paper, ready to move on. Who wanted intending a fire? Spectra ¿? Ghosts? No, they were outsiders who wanted to leave extras in our series. The burning smell was not alone there, we were surprised to smell in a room to toast. That was the ideal time to take a break and start catering.

And as expected in a haunted place, there have been noises for everyone: The steps in the upstairs while we were shooting, people running steps were not left us indifferent, presence at inopportune times, noise in places where there was production people, who appeared doors closed, lights were seen only from the outside … in short, the building was testing our fear every day with strange noises, which eventually made ​​us to family …

When they tell you not to enter a site, you MUST NOT enter. This seemed to matter little to some members who were emboldened shooting stroke and kick went straight to the interior door. As you all know, production is responsible if technical requirements. The technical team consists of: directing, producing, makeup, translation, special effects, editing, post production sound, web designer and composer of the soundtrack.

Was shot during a week and a half in the location of an old abandoned mental hospital in Seville 20 years ago. The work schedule is from 6 PM to 12 PM or so.

The first to arrive are the production team that have opened the store as a base, download all the material, arranged around the room, share the tasks of each and prepare all necessary things for the shoot and , ready to leave the catering.

Then come the actors, director and camera. The actors are responsible for change and be ready when they are needed. Meanwhile, the director, gives them the necessary action. If you, me or all of us, at the end of our life “pass away”; the natural cycle of energy recycling would die. I think there is no need to cite the so-called Einstein’s quote about energy.

Having said this, we can keep on.

A ghost is a “being” more like a germ than a human being. This, let’s name it temporary soul, live inside the human being in symbiosis with it while breathing. We could understand it as an empathic sensory organ, related, above all, with all the psychic stuff. It is wrong to think the “soul” evokes human emotions, of this and almost everything the brain is in charge, but rather it is responsible for giving those emotions a psychic “echo”, a wave that spread them in space.

Although I do not know the usefulness of this faculty, I dare to theorize about a possible innate ability of the human being for the “perception”. Evidently, it would be an asleep ability that perhaps, the evolution ends up waking up or not.

Therefore, the death of a person, the natural cycle of the “soul” is to dissolve itself, dilute in the air and disappear. Notice that I have said “disappear” and not “transport” to a better place. It is like gas inside a balloon that blowing it up, the gas dissipates until it disappears. Obviously, it will end up somewhere, in the atmosphere for example. But I beg the reader not to take this beyond the context with the aim of keep hope in a “better place”.

In some occasions, this soul does not disappear following its natural cycle but remains. I do not know if it has something to do with the person, with the death circumstances or the climatologic situation. The thing is sometimes this happens and it is what we call a “ghost”.

The ghost keeps on being what it was aforetime, an empathic organ that now has independence from mind and body. Therefore, let’s see now what is NOT a ghost.

A ghost is NOT a person, is a piece of a person, as a lung. ¿Would you try to reason with a lung of a loved one? Then, refrain from reasoning with a ghost.

A ghost has no outstanding issues, it does not stay in this world for that, it stays because does not know it can leave, that it can dissipate.

If you, dear reader, ever have the misfortune to come across a ghost, your only advantage lies on that you do know what it can or cannot do. […]

What does a ghost know? Nothing. It has no brain, it has no memories, it has no memory, it will not recognize anybody who ever met in life and of course, it cannot speak.
The memory system of a ghost is based on psychic impressions that have been deeply marked. Let me explain, a ghost will not recognize you, but if you brought happiness and joy to such a person, the ghost, seeing you, will feel the same although it does not know why.
The same way, it can emit sounds, words or even phrases that will repeat constantly without knowing its meaning. I found several ghosts in Poland that sang a piece of anthem. I do not know the mechanism that makes certain “sounds” to be recorded in the ghosts’ impressions, but I imagine that has to do with moments of high emotional sensibility. And it does not necessarily be words; I recorded some tapes with psychophonies and the sound of explosions and projectiles appear on it.
A ghost does not know who it is, but it has a printed identity, a normally vague concept of itself. But, we will talk about the identity later.
And the most important thing, a ghost does not know what it can do until it does. It does not know it can dissipate/die, it does not know it can appear, it does not know that it can move things; it does not know it can kill. But when, by chance, it does, it will have that knowledge.
Then, can a ghost keep on existing indefinitely? No, As every being has a limited energy. When this energy runs out the ghost dissipates unwittingly.
However, some ghosts, noticing the weakness of its existence, learn to devour others (normally by chance) consuming them and acquiring their energy. Let us not imagine a ghostly fight, because it is rather something similar to a unicellular organism consuming another.
The effect provoked takes place in several domains, but let us begin from the basics, the fusion of information. The psychic impressions (Abstain from call it “memories”, because they do not so) of both ghosts merge. Which, it provokes an identity chaos; the ghost has not a clear impression of what it is or how it is anymore. This section will be enlarged later.

When a ghost is fresh and it appears, it does with a recognizable whitish human shape, usually with the face clearly differentiated because it is what the ghost understands as its identity. Hardly ever, it appears a whole body because, honestly, who of us could recognize our feet from others? Nevertheless, often it occurs in people who have as a hallmark. So, a one-armed person in life will appear with a stump as ghost.

We know these cases as “white ghosts”. The clarity which we see the figure depends on how weak it is.

However, when a ghost consume another, its identity is not so clear, it becomes something chaotic and the apparitions are not done with a definable face but as a black shadow with humanoid aspect and it is impossible to know if it was a man or a woman. It has the combined essence of the ghosts consumed, so they usually are stronger.

The biggest problem to understand the paranormal nature of the facts concerning us is, without any doubt, the “where”. Where is a ghost?
It is difficult to explain due to the great difference of our way to understand the place. For a ghost, moving to a point A to a point B, is not required to pass through a point B. Only knowing any reference of C is required ¿Are we talking about teleportation? I am afraid it is more complicated than that, I do not know if the reader knows the quantum theories, or the Schrödinger’s cat experiment, thus, I will choose to explain it in a simple way, but sparing in details.
Imagine this world is not the only one, but there are several planes of existence. That is to say, in the first plane, it would be us, and in the second one, the ghosts. Do not imagine different worlds, because they are different planes, causing a physic world common to both planes. In other words, the objects, the whole material of this world are duplicated in the second plane. But the creative power is ours; our world is what is doubled to the next. The changes in our world, with a few exceptions, are transferred to the next, not backwards.
At first, people should stay in the first plane and the ghost in the second, but we will see this is not like that.
Sometimes it is produced what we call “interplanary holes” or just “holes”. These interplanary anomalies have their origin in the psychic and empathic power which humans are gifted. I distinguish between two types of holes depending on its birth, the natural holes and the artificial ones.
The natural holes take place in “charmed places” or in other words, places where a common fact to some people having heartbreaking feelings have been produced; commonly ended in death and tragedies. Then, the death of such people tears the interplanary and produces a hole. Now the ghosts can enter.
The good thing of this kind of holes is that they make a natural circle by themselves. Due to the death of these people provokes the hole, this anomaly gets linked to its ghosts, and therefore, with the disappearance of these, the hole disappears too.
Let us put an example: In the house X, it has been murdered a whole family by a brutal murderer. The ghosts of these victims provoke a hole in the plane. The ghosts of the other side enter in ours. But the hole is tied to those ghosts of such a family, which means, if these ghosts are eliminated, the hole will be closed. However, a hole in the second plane is like a death whale in the ocean, I mean it attracts predators and I am referring to black ghosts. When they begin to come, the black ghosts will end up the ghosts of the family which caused the anomaly, and doing this, the hole will close automatically. Closing like this a paranormal cycle in the life of the hole.
Frequently asked questions you may have about this: What if closing the hole any ghost stay on this side? It is not possible, crossing a hole; the ghost will be linked to it. Having disappeared the hole, the ghost cannot stay on this side, instantly come back to its own.
A good example it would be compare it with a person connected to web site, being the person a ghost, and the web site, our plane. If anybody destroys the router (the hole) this person has no way to keep on being on the web site.
Can a ghost “travel” anywhere of this plane while the hole is open? A ghost always remains in the surroundings of the hole, unless this “know anybody” and this anybody, walk away from the hole. This fact will be explained in other chapter later.
About the artificial hole, it is created by a compendium of people (minimum of three) with a clear intention to contact the afterlife. I mean, dear reader, that unfortunately for us, using a Ouija, voodoo rites or any other ritual to contact with the dead, if it is made with a clear intention and you believe enough, it will work.
This and no other was the reason for what I spent years deciding to publish this guide, because most of the people that make something like this, do not know what extent they put all of us in danger.
An artificial hole will not close by itself; it has to be close with the same rite which opened it. Sometimes is simple, you go to the basement of the house, or the attic (Why do they always do the Ouija there?) close the session and destroy the object. In other occasions is not so easy.
